Graduating from Loughborough University of Technology, Bryan has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 25 years. He has worked extensively across Europe and the Middle East in the field of product manufacture, design and distribution and is a member of a number of industry bodies that interface with the Treasury and the FSA. In 1998 as co-founder, he became the Managing Director of Millfield Partnership Limited which under his leadership grew quickly to become one of the UK's largest independently owned advisory firms, floating the company on the London Stock Exchange 2001. As Managing Director of Clients Reunited Limited, Bryan delivered a series of initiatives to assist financial services firms in meeting the ever increasing demands of the market, and in particular, treating customers fairly.
Bryan is highly regarded as a keynote speaker, and has presented on the main platform for organisations such as The Building Societies Association, Money Marketing and The Investment Property Forum. Projects undertaken have included; Business Transformation for IFA firms, worksite advice programmes for a major UK media corporation, new product launches in organisations such as The National Association of Estate Agents, product marketing within affinity groups, and distribution strategy for new entrants to the UK retail sector. Non-Executive Director roles have included those within the Wrap arena, and the legal services sector.
